Polite, helpful and sorted out the problem!

I needed to change my return flight. The girls were understanding and found me a really good alternative, and the cost was within what I expected. What more can you ask?!

Great service, respectful and good information flow

I had an issue with the display of my full name in my tickets for a transcontinental flight. I wrote an email to Tripsta's service costume weeks after the purchase(when I realise the problem). They replied saying they will get in touch with the airlane. The airlane asked them more information about the issue and they managed with them my booking and request. Finally(and after apologise for a delay in replying to me DUE to holidays from one of airlane's managers) the airlane gave them permission to change the name, despite their no-name-change policy and they issued my new tickets inmediately.

I'm really satisfied with the final result and with the whole process as they were friendly and understanding. I will definitely consider to continue planning my holidays with Tripsta.
