've had TADO for about a year now. I have the 2nd generation version.

The wireless bridge took about 10 attempts to connect and TADO were on the phone with me the whole time trying all different things from their end to get it to connect. Might have been my BT Homehub though as have had trouble connecting to my Sky Box too.

Once connected though, it is one of the best things I've ever bought. I barely touch the temp now - I have it set at different temps for Morning, Day and Evening and just let it do it's thing. If I go out at any point it turns the heating off and when I get back, the temp is well on it's way to being at the right temp (i have it on ECO mode so it's not at full temp when I arrive home but you can set to comfort mode so when you open your front door, the house is at full temp)

Previous versions of the app sometimes occasionally didnt function 100% and the heating wouldn't start until you opened the app and only then would it recognise that you were home and start the heating process but the last couple of updates have fixed that and I never even open the app that much anymore - only to raise the temp an extra degree on a cold evening.

I really recommend this to anyone thinking of buying one.
