One of the best choices I've made in my life is to choose Siteground! Technically I'm not very experienced, so I looked for a host with good customer service. I've heard Siteground has a good costumer service but my expectations were far exceeded! Whenever I don't understand something or want to do something but don't know how, I use the chat with the staff. They are always very kind, very helpful, very competent, offer solutions (without trying to sell me additional products) and there is no question they have no answer to. All my problems were solved in a few minutes! I always feel that I'm taken seriously and appreciated as a customer. I can recommend Siteground to everyone. The speed of the website is also very good and the interface in the portal is clear.

Had an issue with installing the SSL because of using my own DNS servers and the support crew fixed it in no time through chatting. Keep rocking guys!

Only been signed up for a few days but had an issue with my site not letting me do anything behind the scenes with the WP Dashboard. So I quickly sent a message to Siteground and they responded very quickly, within 15 minutes. I explained a little further and they said they would look into it, which they did, same day and solved the problem. It wasn't anything their end, it was a Plug-in from a 3rd party that was the problem which Siteground disabled for me.
