I jumped into a new role at a new company, so when I needed to reorder something I didn't "have hands-on" the first time around, I reached out to our contact. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, with on-time delivery. I liked the experience so much that when I went looking for a new item, one they didn't have on-site, our rep went out of his way to accommodate us, even running a special order if the item for quoting and production.
