had no problems with Tech Support.

I have been working with ATO Deluxe 14 for a few months on a PC running Windows 7. I needed to begin using ATO on my home laptop running Windows 8.1, but the backup file failed to open there. I contacted tech support and maybe it was a slow day, but they generated a service ticket within an hour. Via email, they walked me through a few suggestions, but those did not solve the problem. The technician asked me to send him my backup file which he then doctored somehow and sent back a couple of days later. SUCCESS!

I only use the plain vanilla calendar and the password storage feature so far, but I have no complaints about the product and (contrary to other commentators here) for my one and only contact with tech support, I have no problem with the service.

Love this program. Brought an ol' Franklin planner addict into the 21st century. This has everything I need and more. Save me time every day because it automatically moves forward tasks that were not completed. Yeah!!! Love this program....did I already say that??? Can't say it enough. Also, couldn't believe the price. I'd been paying nearly $50 every year on a planner. This program is worth every penny (and more...shhhhh...)

This organizer is the best contact manager and appointment reminder I have ever used.

It has a live clock that will remind you of all upcoming appointments with a screen ticker (which you can turn on/off) that slowly moves across the bottom of your monitor, or a "post it" type note that can stay on your screen and/or an audible alert for reminders.

It has a notes section where you can write down information about each contact or phone call details.I use this for medical information, business communication details etc. It also has a "to do" list that can carryover duties if your day gets too hectic.

I just couldn't live without it. I have used it for over 10yrs and with each update they just get better......
