Excellent

I saw their website on TV. I'm not usually one to use products simply because they are on TV, but when I made plans to go away, I didn't really know where else to go, so I jumped online.

After a bit of searching, I booked a weekend with them 4weeks in advance. 2 days later I discovered that I had double booked that weekend and had to reschedule. I called their customer service and they sorted it out, rebooked me a room for a week later and at no extra cost! (as a matter of fact, the second room was slightly cheaper, which was awesome!)

The w oman I spoke to was freindly and helpful and I felt very good about the whole experience.

Excellent

We found this company through Trip Advisor, and the two in conjuction with each other were fantastic. We booked a huge room in New York city with a kitchen for $1100 Aussie $ for 7 nights. Now you really cannot beat that! With the reviews from other customers, we knew exactly what we were getting: clean, spacious but a little dated. That was very accurate.

Price match guarantee-deliver as advertised

I had booked and paid a non-refundable stay for a hotel in early December for a stay later this year and noticed a substantial price drop to what I had paid just before Christmas for the same hotel on their website.So I rang their customer service and pointed out the difference and they credited me the difference(over $900) within two days of my phone call.No questions asked,absolute brillant service and would not hestitate using them again.By the way,I contacted the hotel that I booked and they have confirmed my reservation with Hotels.com. Definitely using them again.

Quick refund - Good hotel price

I cancelled my refundable booking because of a change in our plan. The refund process took only 24 hours or even less and I received my money back in my account the next day. I was under impression that it gonna take 30 days to get refund but it only took 24 hours. I am very happy with hotels.com customer service as well because they are 24 hours operating and answer phone any time. I spoke to their customer service around 2am in the morning and they were very helpful.
