Never had an issue, instore or online!

I order from Dorothy Perkins around once a month, both for delivery to my home and delivery to store. The products always arrive when they say they will and the quality is always brilliant. They do lots of offers with discounts if you sign up with them which is great..

Never had a problem with sizing or customer service, overall very happy!

Positive experiences; quality varies

I order DP from France. 100% of my family shopping happens online...

On the service side, I have only had positive experiences at DP: quick shipping, no trouble with returns and prompt refunds (I often order more than one size for trying on).

I also appreciate the vast choice of styles and sizes and the sale section always has bargains.

The only negative point for me is that the quality varies greatly: some clothes hold really well but I'd say at least 60-70% are one-season items and don't look too good after a couple of washes. They seem to use weird fabrics sometimes.

All in all, for the price, I am quite satisfied and I'll keep ordering. I am also recommending the site to friends for cheap fashion.

Great delivery and returns, and great quality.

Dorothy Perkins is one of my go-to online stores as they have such an amazing clothing collection and have always impressed me with their great delivery and returns service which has never ceased to disappoint me. Their clothes usually live up to the standard and appearance given online and are usually pretty strong and will not tear. Very impressed, and will continue to purchase from here as I have done in the past. I would recommend to all.
