I have been taking Capsiplex for over 3 weeks now and have nothing but positive things to say. I've honestly tried every diet out there with varying degrees of success. I would lose weight quickly but then just as easily put it all back on with some extra! Over the last few months despite my best efforts, my weight just plateaued. I had heard about Capsiplex but was a bit apprehensive about taking "diet pills" but in all honesty, I don't know why I hadn't done sooner! In the 3 weeks since I started I have lost just over 8lbs. But by no means is this down to putting in no effort or input. I have been exercising moderately and watch what I eat but do not deprive myself at the same time. Everytime I stand on the weighing scales and see that number getting smaller, is a real confidence boost and spurs me to keep at it. I am happy that the capsules are aiding my weight loss. I most definitely plan on continuing to use these capsules to get me down to my ideal weight. I've had none of these "side effects" that others have spoken of and I usually have quite a sensitive digestion.

Second time I've purchased.

First used this about 3 years ago. Not max strength, as it wasn't available, just regular. Really did work. Lost 4st 4lb in 7 months...did 2x body attack and 1 pump class a week and watched what I ate to a degree. Had tried lots of supplements/diet pills but you can actually feel this one working if you're working out. Lots of stamina and sweating more than normal. Raspberry Ketones didn't work for me at all. Waste of money.

After a short illness and eating loads at Xmas, I reordered but this time max strength. Not sure what the difference is (didn't notice) but Capsiplex does work.

Don't take it afer lunch, contains lots of caffine!!!!

So far so good, Seems to be doing it's job

The item came super quick.

Only been taking the item for about 11 days now so a bit early to know the results but one thing i did notice right away is the appetite suppression. I have cut my calorie intake considerably since taking these. The good thing is i dont feel like i cant eat, i just dont feel hungry so food is not on the mind which means no snaking or blind eating.
