I have the long time relationship with Bigrock it is a genuine service, they fulfill my all needs. After the relationship with bigrock, I got more revenue with affiliate team. Hosting service also very nice. I strongly recommend Bigrock to others.

Being a web developer I have played with quite many web hosts. My experience with BigRock is something like this. They offer great support I mean they talk well but sometimes they behave really dumb and annoying. Talking about uptime I guarantee they offer about 99.8% uptime for sure. I have never suffered any issues with uptime. Lets talk features, their DIY website builder is really user friendly helps a lot to someone who is not much into programming. All commonly used programming languages are supported like PHP, asp.net, perl, python, cgi and all one would use. Softaculous makes installing web scripts really easy and fast. I am using reseller hosting from bigrock for my clients and seriously its too cheap, fast and amazing. In the closing end I would cover up all Pros and Cons below and yes Big Rock does rocks ;) .

People at BigRock are very helpful, and I've registered at lot of domains and bought Hosting from many other companies including GoDaddy, SiteGround, etc. But nobody gave such great service. I have always used BigRock since I started my online Businesses, and its my first choice. Also when you buy something they offer you some freebies too!

I've been with BigRock since 2012, and most of the domains I purchase are the ones with the Free 6 month DIY Website Builder Package. I’ve been associated with other domain/hosting service providers too and have used their DIY Site Builders, however the one provided by BigRock is far better in terms of quality and easy to use. The website also looks visually attractive using BigRock’s Site Builders, and in comparison they have more Free Features with the Plans. One can have a look at the technical specifications of the plans. I never had any issues with the Customer Support. Most of the correspondence with BigRock has been via email and every email sent to the Sales/Support has been promptly replied by them to the best satisfaction.
