Varied fashion selection, reactive customer service, reliable refund and return policies.
Now, granted, the fashion selection can be a bit odd, though it is varied and caters to a wide array of customers.
I have never had so much as a single problem in 4 years of consistent use, every 2 months or so, regardless of the country I was ordering from (France, Belgium and the UK).
The service is more consistent and friendly than in France, mostly because amazing DPD handles next day delivery for ASOS UK, while ASOS France uses Colis Prive, which is slightly more unreliable.
Returns and refunds are handled swiftly and quietly, and I can always manage to get in touch with customer service in a timely manner (less than 15 minutes in all cases).
Have had the odd disappointment with sizes no longer being available after a swap, but hey, given the amount of stock they handle day in day out, I can do without buying that one dress from time to time.
Would recommend. For both the selection and the service.
