Customer service was good and great webpage
I like Agoda's webpage design. It is quite user friendly and easy to use. Customer service was good with 24 hours hotline. It has always be my first choice when comes to booking of hotel. Their rewards program was good too.
However, Agoda should improve on its flexibility. Example, we can't change the credit card to bill even though the payment was not due yet. Unless you wanted to make the payment now, then they can do it for you.
Once I think there are some redirecting errors on their webpage which I go in by Singapore Airline Agoda webpage but ended up I have no input box for me to input my membership no. Called and asked and they say I did not book through the right webpage. Request them to input for me and they say they couldn't.
I guess in order to further improve and satisfy your customer, Agoda should try to adopt more flexibility in their system as to allow ease of mind of their customers from being frustrated on their bookings.
Overall, I still like Agoda and will continue to support them.
