I must say I was delighted with the flowers and saw them myself when I went to visit my friend who received them. They did look like the flowers I ordered from the picture.

I have to say that I made a mistake on the delivery address on the flowers, emailed Teleflorist and my mistake was corrected quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

I have in the past ordered and had flowers delivered and I have found them to be expensive and often do not meet my expectations. So I was very pleasantly suprised and very grateful with my order through Teleflorist.

Brilliant Service - Great Price - Beautiful Flowers! Highly Recommended!

The order - a fairly basic bouquet - was made last minute on a Sunday afternoon after almost forgetting an important family member's birthday! There were plenty of other companies offering a similar service, but Teleflorist's was considerably cheaper. My budget was limited but I hoped the delivered flowers would not be a disappointment - as has happened with other companies in the past. However, the flowers arrived early Monday morning - beautifully, tastefully and impeccably wrapped with huge bows (not mentioned in the web page) and a well-presented Notelet/message. The courier followed my delivery instructions to the letter and the family member was overjoyed with the flowers. The flowers were large, very fresh and undamaged, beautifully arranged and way beyond what I/we expected from the modest image on the web site. Teleflorist saved the day! Excellent price and service. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you!
