I had ordered around 15 items from Soap.com and when I received the box, there was water damage, so I thought. When I opened the box, one of my all purpose cleaners had broken and spilled onto everything. I called Soap.com and immediately asked what items needed replacing and that they would send me replacements next day without charge. I also was able to keep the damaged items because parts were salvageable (toilet paper, tissues, papertowels etc.). Thank you Soap.com
