I have purchased products from Newegg before with good experiences. This item took longer to fill and send then normal and was not Newegg's fault but an outside vender. I tried cancelling the order because of the long delay and the vender still sent the item. Newegg has stepped in and is taking care of the matter for me with no hassles and I am grateful.

I forgot to get expedited shipping and had to call customer service to edit the order the lady who helped me went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we got it taken care of and even discounted the shipping for me

They are above-average. Sometimes their customer service system has bugs, but when they call you (you schedule a call), they are great. I had an issue with a rebate (I would NOT recommend using rebates). They handled it after I put enough pressure on them. They ship pretty quickly and have good prices. I would recommend them. They aren't perfect, but they are trying a lot harder than most companies.
