Had a great selection of templates and was easy to find what I needed. Had an issue with the billing, with a phone call and an email to the support team it was readily handled. I would definitely use their services if needed in the future

The site seemed easy enough to use. We downloaded an NDA during the trial period and it worked out great. If we had a need for legal docs on an ongoing basis, we would have kept the subscription. The cancellation process was easy too. The rep was friendly and efficient.
