love them

I got the snake skin lace up sandals and the butterfly heels, absolutely love them. It's my first time shop there and I will shop there again. The shipping is ok, I got my in about 2 weeks and both shoes fit me nicely. Love you guys.

Excellent Service

The service was brilliant! The merchandise arrived without delay and in excellent condition. However, what was more important was that they emailed me regularly, gave me the tracking number, offered assistance if i needed it, checked that i received my order and refunded me an amount that i accidently overpaid and was not aware of. The fact that they cared enough to communicate in a professional and couteous manner was impressive and appreciated. Have absolutely no hestiations of ordering from them in the future and their merchandise is excellent quality as well. Thanks guys.

SUPERIOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received my re-order of my Sandals today. I absolutely LOVE this company! I originally ordered the wrong size and didn't realize it until the shoes arrived. I was DEVASTATED because my event was 1 week away. I immediately emailed the company and explained my situation. I shipped the shoes back, provided proof and they sent me my new size right away. I couldn't believe how above and beyond they went for me. I received my tracking info very quickly with both orders and the response time absolutely floors me. I will ALWAYS shop here and you can too, confidently! I love the quality of my shoes ad I'm so grateful that genuine businesses still exist. Thank you so much Jessica Buurman, you saved the day.

Amazing customer service, shoes and delivery!

After being stuffed around for 2 weeks by other shoe company's, I came across Jessica Buurman on Instagram, found a pair of shoes I fell in love with and ordered them. I messaged the team to ensure they would get to me by a weekend for my birthday (understanding they may not even arrive in time because the date was so close). The company then guided me to another shoe that they fortunately had in stock in my size, sent it off straight away, keeping me constantly updated and they literally arrived a few days later. I ordered the Lace Up Tassle Sandal Heels and they are INCREDIBLE.

I am so so happy I have found a shoe store that is completely different from the regular Australian brands AND has excellent customer service! I will 100% be purchasing again!
