terrific range, good service and very low prices!!!

I have used this site regularly over the last 12 months and have been very happy with the products and service. The range is very good, although there are so many products and reviews for each it can be daunting at first. The products I have received have been good quality and far cheaper than in Australia. Just one example, liquorice root capsules in the local health food store are $30 for 100. At iherb, there are many manufactorers of liquorice root to choose from about $6 per 100. Shipping costs are very reasonable and delivery is prompt.

I have been purchasing from iHerb regularly over the past year and I’ve never experienced any issues with them. The best things about iHerb purchases are the discounts they offer.

For instance, all first time buyers get discounts (type in code RCT072), which personally helped me to save an extra $10. I never had problems with Australia's customs. I tend to keep orders under $1000aud to aviod gst, tax and duties.

Shipping is fast too, with DHL delivering within 3-5 business days as opposed to 5-15 business days if you use Australia Post. I have had items shipped from the states through other international carriers and the wait and customs check was so long and frustrating. I’d rather pay the extra buck or two for a safe peace of mind.

Great service, Great products, Great price

Had been a loyal customer for more than a year. So far never disappointed with the service. Having read most people's reviews about the delay in refunding their orders due to missing in delivery, I must say my experience proved differently.

As soon as I reported to them that I didn't receive my order, the customer service lady, Denise, emailed me to report that she had refunded the money.

And within a day, it's back in my bank account.

So far: great range of products, free delivery using Auspost, and fantastic service. Will recommend this online store to everyone who needs some good supplements. And lastly, never felt deceived by the total price displayed on the checkout page, they always converted the price into using Australian Dollar.

Fast, Cheap and Easy

I have previously paid $80 for 5mg slow release melatonin as it is only available as a pharmacy compounded product in Australia. My son's paediatrician told me to buy it in the US next time we are there as it is readily available and much cheaper so I decided to try ordering online. I was amazed to find it is less than $10. Delivery was only $5.50 and it arrived approx one week after ordering. I just logged on to reorder and my account was displayed in the correct currency and all my details (including credit card) were stored so it was a very fast and easy purchase. I will definitely keep using this company.

Although it is an American company, postage is fast. The only problem is that some items can't be sent to Australia due to customs regulations, but that's beyond iherb's control...

I do not understand the complaints by some reviewers and think they may be mistaken with what company they are reviewing because there is nothing to complain about!
