I would first like to state that I hardly ever write reviewsthe only reason I am writing this review is because before I bought the product I read several of them and that is what helped me make my final decision in taking this product

first I'm gonna give you a bit of background I am 24 years old a woman and I have a five month old son I have never been thin ever since I can remember I have always wanted to lose weight

they started taking this product on the 22nd of January 2015 and so far I love the results it has only been 5 days since I have been taking it but I truly have seen its effects the first day I took it the first dose before having breakfast I noticed its effect it made me go to the bathroom after maybe 30 minutes of having breakfast now I'm not saying diarrhea just normal I needed to go to the bathroom that for me is a huge difference because I usually don't go every day now I know I am getting a little personal but if you are thinking about buying the product and one information I want to give you all of my experience it makes you extremely thirsty therefore you drink a lot of water and you goto the bathroom alot to pee.

I have noticed a decrease in appetite especially if you take it like it says for you to take it take a pill 1 hour before eating and when you go to eat you get full really quick especially if you have been drinking a lot of water and you feel satisfied you don't feel hungry are deprived of anything that is another thing I have not changed what I eat I eat bread riCe beans meat pasta everything I normally eat I eat just not a huge amount and not because I am depriving myself but because I simply aM not hungry I do recommend you use this product if you want to lose weight and see some results in less than a week I have lost 6 pounds I weighed myself and was 206 and now I weigh 200 this has inspired me to workout at the gym I start today and I can't wait to see what the combination of the workout and taking the pill will do for me! and very excited I have tried to diet before and it has never worked but this time it's different I am determined and plus these pills help me with my appetite so I am NOT starving and empty out the fridge I hope this review helps anybody that is interested in changing their lifestyle in becoming happier with the Skin they are in I will definitely keep updating as I progress!
