Larry H. Miller was a life-long sports fanatic. His talent for fast-pitch softball and auto racing resulted in semi-pro careers in each sport. His talent and determination translated nicely to the business world.
After 3 years of working as parts manager for Toyota dealerships, he purchased and opened his own dealership in 1979. Business flourished and he expanded his dealerships throughout Utah and the Western United States.
In 1985, Miller became co-owner of the Utah Jazz. Fanzz was created initially as an in-stadium store for selling team merchandise at Jazz games. The company has since expanded to sell NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, and NCAA officially licensed products in over 120 stores in 22 states and online.
