I have used Eufylife (part of Anker) for the first time and the process has been very good. They have just launched their online sales site and offered a promotional credit to some customers who signed up before the launch. I was lucky enough to win one of them but unknown to me at the time, it only had 24 hours life on it so I missed the deadline. Despite this, I also noticed that they were offering the same deal online anyway (a Robovac11 with £50 off) for the first 200 orders, so I grabbed the chance to order it this time. The order was placed on Tuesday and the Robovac was delivered today (Thursday). It came via Amazon (used Hermes as the courier) as I believe this is where Eufy keep their stock in Amazon's warehouses.
When I ordered I forgot to log in first , so the order was not associated with my account. A quick email to Eufy and this was sorted quickly with the order being moved to my account.
Past experience with Anker group companies also suggests that should I have any issues, they will be resolved quickly and with minimal fuss. I believe Eufy use the same CS agents for all brands support as the emails have Anker links in them.
