Fantastic products, fantastic customer service

I rate this company very highly. My order arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and the prices were competitive. I had a problem with one item which I emailed them about and they responded quickly and sorted out the problem very quickly and very fairly. I was extremely impressed. Customer service as it should be. It I could give them 6 stars I would. Thank you.

My order came within the time limit. A very prompt service. I was really impressed with the packaging, my chocolate shot glasses were well protected and arrived with no breakages. Have bought these from other companies, but this is my number One. Will be ordering again soon.

Chocolate delights galore!

I was searching for chocolate Christmas novelties for the tree and to give as presents. The selection at the Chocolate Trading Company was fantastic and original and were available in larger bag sizes (which you can't get on the high street). I only placed the order last Saturday 7th November and I received them on Wednesday 11th. They were packaged well and boxed up securely so that they arrived in mint condition. I know where I will be getting my chocolate gifts from now on!
