GREAT SERVICE

Been a member for many years and you can not simply get free next day delivery even over Saturdays and Sundays anywhere else. Good for last minute outfit or gift source. The only thing bothering me is they keep changing couriers when i find DPD is the their most reliable service rather then UK Mail or Hermes who drop parcels all over the place

Varied fashion selection, reactive customer service, reliable refund and return policies.

Now, granted, the fashion selection can be a bit odd, though it is varied and caters to a wide array of customers.

I have never had so much as a single problem in 4 years of consistent use, every 2 months or so, regardless of the country I was ordering from (France, Belgium and the UK).

The service is more consistent and friendly than in France, mostly because amazing DPD handles next day delivery for ASOS UK, while ASOS France uses Colis Prive, which is slightly more unreliable.

Returns and refunds are handled swiftly and quietly, and I can always manage to get in touch with customer service in a timely manner (less than 15 minutes in all cases).

Have had the odd disappointment with sizes no longer being available after a swap, but hey, given the amount of stock they handle day in day out, I can do without buying that one dress from time to time.

Would recommend. For both the selection and the service.

ASOS is love

So far I have made 4 orders with ASOS, and the experience has been great. The items always come intact and are of good quality (even the books). Already did my Christmas shopping with them and I'm over the moon with the items and how fast the delivery is.

I do know for a fact that they use Hermes (they're awful as carriers but that's not really the company's fault) as a carrier and that's why I always use Click & Collect either from a Boots store or the local off licence.

The returns are also quite simple and fast unless you return something during busy periods like after black friday or christmas.

Overall I'm very pleased and I will 100% order again and again.

Best online fashion store out there!

Asos is not only the online fashion store that i use the most, it is the one that has the best range of choices and a very fast shipping. I live in Denmark and my clothes usually arrive within a week, which is great. I have never experienced any problems with them and trust them with a lot of purchases. I have only had to send something back once, because it didn't fit, and i got my money back right away when they received it. I love Asos, and it is definetely my go to store for online shopping.

So far so good...

At first i got worried when i read all the bad feedbacks regarding asos coz it's my first time to order and im expecting 2 deliveries on dec 03 and dec17. I emailed(windirect/anchato) regarding my 1st package when can i receive them, because it was already schedule for delivery since nov 30 based on the delivery tracking. they replied to my email very fast and inform me that today i'll receive it. and they were right i just got my package today, one day ahead from the delivery schedule.. Lets see for my 2nd package if there will be no problem because that one is not trackable. but for now im satisfied customer from singapore.
